How are gateway fees calculated?
The gateway fee is added on top of the merchant's requested invoice amount. The customer pays the total ($Merchant + Gateway Fee + Network Fee$). The merchant always receives 100% of their requested amount.
What happens if automatic settlement fails?
If automated sweeping to your wallet fails, funds are never lost. 100% of your merchant entitlement is immediately credited to your internal withdrawable balance ledger account for manual withdrawal.
What is the invoice payment window?
Invoices expire after 30 minutes by default. If a customer sends funds after expiration, the payment is automatically flagged into manual_review so funds can be reconciled safely.
Are private keys or seed phrases ever exposed?
No. Private keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and strictly isolated within off-controller signing abstractions. They are never returned in API responses or frontend scripts.
